I really enjoyed it. But to make it an entire “book” was pointless. I expected so much more from her. Amazon Kindle 0 editions.

I was laurif upset, anger, and happiness. May 25, Sharkgrl added it. It was dark, but also funny, and romantic. There is no action, no intrigue and no solid plot. That may have worked in my favor, though, since this book does a very nice job of introducing the characters and their relationships, and fleshing out their backstories, so I had no problem getting into the story.

Return to Book Page. I liked the style of blwck drawings for the most part, but some of it seemed weird and didn’t really feel like it fit the same atmosphere of the first four novels in the series.

Apr 30, Terry Mulcahy rated it did not like it Shelves: The problem with this being a graphic novel is the fact that all I really wanted was another book with a great plot, and once there is a series, and then suddenly one of the books is a graphic novel, chances are the great plot won’t be there. Since I’d already read beginninngs rest of the series, it ended up just being dreadfully boring.

The black and white artwork, while nothing outstanding, is nicely done with realistic people and facial expressions. A romance without any of the typical teen yearning, whining and moaning, thankfully, but instead a more mature one that happens to be connected through prophetic dreams. Sep 22, Daniella stolatz it it was ok.

Hopefully this isn’t the last BIFN book, and we’ll get a nice full length supernatural thriller next time. But before Stacey and Jacob can have a future, they must face their pasts. The drawings are pretty cool but like I said, I paint more vivid imagery with words than I do with pictures. Though we saw a little of those including Kira his on again off again girlfriend from the past. I know with this series I’m not coming in in the right place and in all honesty, I don’t know if I’m the best person bladk be judging graphic novels.

To be brutally honest, I felt a little cheated. I just wish that it could have carried the characters beginnijgs and actually laudie something to the series.

Nothing like I pictured them. For more help see the Common Knowledge help page.

Overall rating No ratings yet 0. These books are gripping paranormal mysteries that are great for reluctant teen readers. I wish that the book had more mystery in it like the other books.
